The workshops start at 9am and last until 1pm. They provide a basic understanding of the process that leads up to a lender filing a foreclosure lawsuit as well as a chance to hear from a panel of experts (including me) who explain various aspects of the system and answer any questions from the audience. I have learned something new myself each time I have participated.

The last one will be held at the Engelwood Neighborhood Center on Saturday, June 14, 2008 at 9am. The center is located at:
